Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Applygrid and are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

You retain ownership of the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create or upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate cover letters or to read an uploaded resume file at your request. You must have the right to use any content you upload. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we process your personal data.

• The free plan is available at no cost, subject to its usage limits.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Cover letters and other AI output are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before using it. We make no guarantee of employment outcomes.

We work to keep Applygrid available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Applygrid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence.
